For two days, Lille Grand Palais puts the egg in the spotlight, showcasing its most familiar, indulgent, and surprising sides. It’s the ingredient that reminds us of childhood meals, yet can also be delicate, inventive, and gourmet when a chef takes it on.
On Saturday, it’s time for La T’œuf, a tasting event in a casual, open-air café atmosphere. On Sunday, the event takes a different turn with the Hauts-de-France round of the World Egg Mayo Championship and a gourmet brunch.
Two atmospheres, one shared pleasure: eating well and enjoying each other’s company. Here, fine dining brings a smile to your face, and great food brings people together.
