Lille Grand Palais-Zénith de Lille has set up a number of sponsorship initiatives to contribute to the region’s dynamic development.
Our different approaches
Commitment to local associations.
Since 01/01/2023, to increase the company’s social impact, our organization has introduced a new tool: skills sponsorship. This involves employees sharing their know-how in the service of a validated cause.
Lille Grand Palais grants 2 days of exceptional leave per year and per employee to carry out these missions for the benefit of local associations working daily in the fields of education, sustainable development, professional integration, help for people in vulnerable situations, etc. To orchestrate this new scheme, we have called on Passerelles & Compétences, which identifies the occasional needs of associations in a variety of fields and establishes the link with partner companies providing a pool of volunteers.
At the same time, to enable our employees to make a commitment to research and prevention, they have been granted additional leave entitlements to donate blood twice a year.
All these projects are part of our commitment to supporting our region: helping the local fabric to grow stronger, innovate, shine and develop, so that we can better serve the local population.
