The Federal Congress to be held from 13 to 16 May 2025 in Lille will be a strong democratic moment for the FCE-CFDT. We will return to the actions carried out during the 2021-2025 mandate before debating our preliminary draft resolution «investing for the future». We will also elect our representatives to the Federal Steering Committee and the Federal Executive, who will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of the amended guidelines then democratically validated and which will commit us all. Through this exercise of our democracy, all the members of the FCE-CFDT will mobilize to give life and meaning and thus to invest for the future!
